My concern is I want the FDC sent to me directly with address on it by registered mail on the first day when it is issued.
For example, the FDC (issue No. 601) of Miniature sheet is not ready for pre-order now. How much additional postage for registered mail should be paid and how can you make sure the FDC will be sent right on the first day with post mark?
