Two prints -different prices

I notice under www.telecom. gov. that issue # 171 shows two prints of the stamp but each has a diffent price on the stamp. One is 4 SK and the other is 5-00. Which is correct. Thanks. Pete

The correct is the stamp with the face value 4 SK.
