I notice that the same information is printed under the issue # 127 and issue # 140 stamps. Is there any plan to re-identify the story behind the printing of issue # 127 ? I would think since this is the 5th anniversary of the constitution of the Slovak Republic stamp a story would be changed to state why it was created. Thanks for listening.

The stamp 127 - 5th Anniversary of the Constitution of Slovak Republik (1.9.1997), and the stamp 140 - 5 Years of the Slovak Republik (1.1.1998). There is´nt identical name neither the subject of the stamps and also the information texts are different. Identical are the face values only.
