The dominant feature of Brodzany, a village located in one of the northernmost valleys of Tríbeč, is a Renaissance manor house from the 17th century, surrounded by a large English landscape park. From 1846, it was the family residence of the Austrian Baron Gustav Friesenhof and his descendants for almost a hundred years.
