This postage stamp, published on the anniversary of the Establishment of the Slovak Republic as a sovereign and democratic state, beautifully illustrates the 41st article of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic, which legally protects marriage, parenthood and family emphasizing the highest moral and social values.
