In November 1989 students of our High schools stood face to face to totalitariansim, as their predecessores in 1939. Political evolution of the Central- and East European countries arrived at a point, when totalitariansim became untenable. Construction of legal state and genesis of political community are forever united with this event, which started by "Velvet Revolution". Our country, leaded by the will of the citizens returned to the big family of democratic countries of the world.
